Involved in full product designing and management including down to module and programming level for IVH platform; including overseeing the delivery and deployment of NCS next generation world-class product for lighthouse customers
Responsibilities | CORE
- Review product design documentation to ensure that requirements stated are correct, unambiguous, and verifiable
- Involved in full product designing and management including down to module and programming level for IVH platform; including overseeing the delivery and deployment of NCS next generation world-class product for lighthouse customers. In particular, ensure that IVH is fitted with the state-of-the-art technologies as well as selecting the most cost competitive hardware so as to allow NCS to win the game in terms of capability and cost. The aim is for NCS to become the most dominant player in the video business in this region
- Rallying and bonding the team (from research, development, frontend application development, testing to product deployment) or even rebuilding this team if necessary to ensure that the IVH product team is fitted with people of quality, good work attitude and hungry for success. Setting ambitious but realistic KPIs to satisfy the thirst of talented people.
- Devise winning strategies during Mega-projects, rallying LOB and CFU so that to streamline and improve delivery of IVH products and how to value-sell IVH product
- Devise winning strategies on how to scale the next generation product out of Singapore effectively through global partnership as well as Singtel footprints
- Making sure that the Product team is sustainable in terms of pool of talent as well as long term cost. Ensure that there is no one person that is irreplaceable, minimizing cost in the long run and also a strong ecosystem in hardware/software supplier to minimize setup risk as well as training the VA team in creating VA modules for customers and products
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- More than 15 years working experience
- More than 10 years experience in leading and building a successful technology driven team
