About the Team:
The President’s Office supports the Group leaders in driving R&D productivity and long-term value creation. The R&D PMO team leads cross-functional efforts focused on R&D operational efficiency, works closely with Regional/Local teams to identify strategic improvement levers, align initiatives across business units, and accelerate scalable impact.
Job Description:
- Product development: Understand product requirements from business and R&D stakeholders. Translate the needs into clear development requirements and work closely with developers to support feature development and optimisation
- Product support: Collect user feedback and help address product questions, issues, and bugs.
- Performance analysis: Collect and maintain R&D key performance data. Analyse data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Summarise findings to support project decisions.
- Project management: Support project planning, milestone tracking, and documentation. Assist in improving project management processes, reporting, and communication efficiency. Prepare regular updates and reports for internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Data, or related fields
- Experience working with engineering or product teams is a plus
- Basic understanding of product development lifecycle and agile ways of working.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
- High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and follow-through, comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment
