We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence professional who enjoys working hands-on with data, building scalable reporting solutions, and partnering closely with business stakeholders. This role goes beyond reporting — it involves deep analysis, automation, and driving initiatives that directly impact growth and operational performance, particularly within the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities
1. Own and deliver periodic business performance tracking through the compilation, validation, and reporting of key KPIs across departments.
2. Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and ETL processes to provide timely and accurate visibility into business health.
3. Support management and business users with ad-hoc analysis, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
4. Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities that support product and business strategy.
5. Drive data-driven decision-making by providing recommendations backed by quantitative analysis.
6. Build internal tools, scripts, or automation to reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and streamline BAU and ad-hoc requests.
7. Support and contribute to special projects focused on strengthening existing processes and enabling strategic initiatives.
8. Collaborate closely with data engineers to co-develop and enhance data warehouse infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
· At least 4–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, advisory or consulting environments.
· Strong proficiency in Excel and analytics / visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, or equivalent.
· Hands‑on experience with data analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
· Experience in building ETL pipelines and working with structured data models.
· Exposure to RPA tools (e.g. UiPath) or automation scripting is an added advantage.
· Strong presentation and storytelling skills, able to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
· Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
· Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
· High level of motivation, ownership, and a proactive mindset.
· Interest or experience in the healthcare sector is highly preferred.
