This is an exciting opportunity to coach, facilitate, and drive agility across teams dedicated to innovative digital solutions, with a focus on continuous improvement and organizational growth.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a dedicated Scrum Master in an authentic Agile Scrum setting
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, SASM, or equivalent) strongly preferred
• Strong coaching skills in Agile best practices, self-organization, and cross-functionality
• Expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, Review)
  
  

Nice To Have Skills

• Background working with consumer-based applications, retail, or business services
• Experience managing enterprise-level websites and digital platforms
• Skills in metrics collection, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
• Ability to influence organizational agility and maturity levels
  
  

Preferred Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably within a team managing online web environments
