- Requires 3-4 days/week onsite in Philadelphia

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a dedicated Scrum Master in an authentic Agile Scrum setting
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, SASM, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Strong coaching skills in Agile best practices, self-organization, and cross-functionality
- Expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, Review)
- Background working with consumer-based applications, retail, or business services
- Experience managing enterprise-level websites and digital platforms
- Skills in metrics collection, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Ability to influence organizational agility and maturity levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably within a team managing online web environments
