- Own the MPLS backbone architecture, including L2/L3 VPNs, Traffic Engineering, LDP, and RSVP configuration and optimization
- Engineer sophisticated BGP routing strategies to support multi-homed internet connectivity, inter-AS routing, and route optimization across global environments
- Drive network strategy within major initiatives, ensuring alignment with security frameworks, compliance requirements, and operational standards
- Develop and enforce advanced QoS frameworks to prioritize and guarantee performance for critical applications and real-time services
- Oversee reliable VoIP transport, including integration and management of Session Border Controllers, gateways, and supporting infrastructure
- Design and support high-bandwidth IPVS network environments, ensuring seamless camera-to-VMS communication and storage performance

- Implement secure segmentation models using VLANs and zoning policies, while managing PoE/PoE+ power capacity for surveillance infrastructure
- Configure and manage advanced firewall capabilities on Juniper SRX and Palo Alto NGFW platforms, including NAT, VPNs, User-ID, Application-ID, and granular security policies
- Enforce comprehensive security controls, including 802.1X authentication and endpoint access governance across segmented networks
- Act as Tier 3/4 escalation point for complex outages and performance degradations, delivering rapid remediation and detailed root cause analysis
- Leverage monitoring platforms and packet-level analysis tools to diagnose and resolve advanced network, voice, and video transport issues
- ≥10 years of progressive experience in network engineering, with ≥3 years in a Network Architect or Lead Senior role
- Deep hands-on expertise with Juniper Junos OS across routers (e.g., MX Series), switches (e.g., EX/QFX Series), and SRX firewalls
- Expert-level knowledge of Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), including path manipulation, route filtering, and peering
- Extensive experience designing and operating Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPPLS) networks, including LDP, RSVP-TE, and L2/L3 VPNs
