Data Analyst
📍 Tallassee, AL (Onsite – 4 Days/Week)
We are seeking a data-driven Quality Systems Analyst to support quality and manufacturing operations by transforming data into actionable insights. This role plays a critical part in optimizing processes, improving product quality, and driving operational efficiency through advanced data analysis and visualization.

What You’ll Do
- Collect, associate, validate, and analyze data from multiple platforms and data sources.
- Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues within quality and manufacturing systems.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights using KPIs, charts, and storytelling techniques.
- Ensure data integrity through quality assurance processes, resolving discrepancies and filling data gaps.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging analytics to enhance operational performance.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 2+ years of relevant experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Strong experience working with SQL Server databases
Technical Requirements (Must-Have)
- 2+ years of experience with SQL Server
- Proficiency in Power BI (dashboard and report development)
- Strong data analysis and manipulation skills using SQL, Excel, and Python
- Ability to ensure data integrity and implement quality assurance best practices
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Work Schedule
- Onsite expectation: 4 days per week
- Standard schedule: Four 10-hour days
- Approximately every 5–6 weeks: Five 8-hour days (with Friday onsite)
