We are seeking a skilled Application Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to support, maintain, and optimize enterprise applications for a government IT environment in Qatar.

We are seeking a skilled Application Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to support, maintain, and optimize enterprise applications for a government IT environment in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify organizational needs and recommend new applications/solutions
- Implement, test, integrate, and upgrade enterprise applications
- Perform routine backups, monitoring, and maintenance of software systems
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve application and system issues
- Monitor error trends to reduce downtime and improve performance
- Provide end-user instructions, training, and support
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to meet business requirements
- Maintain documentation of key databases, applications, and processes
- Develop reports and support programming needs (PHP.NET, VB, SQL, Oracle)
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in application administration/support
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software maintenance and monitoring
- Experience in programming, report writing, or database management
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
