Job Role Summary
The Director – Corporate Finance will lead the Group’s corporate finance strategy, capital structuring, and funding initiatives across a diversified portfolio of operating companies and projects. The role is responsible for managing complex financing structures, banking relationships, investments, M&A activity, and supporting board‑level decision‑making with rigorous financial analysis and strategic insight.
This position is critical to enabling sustainable growth, optimizing capital allocation, and strengthening the Group’s financial position across the GCC and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate finance strategy & funding plans
- Manage banking relations, loans & refinancing
- Evaluate investments, acquisitions & divestments
- Oversee financial modeling & valuation
- Support board decisions & group financial planning
Education & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- CFA, CPA, or ACCA qualification is strongly preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 12–15+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or finance leadership roles within:
- Large holding groups
- Conglomerates
- Construction, infrastructure, or EPC environments (strong advantage)
- Proven experience managing multi‑entity and multi‑project portfolios.
- Hands‑on exposure to project finance, M&A, and joint ventures.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise.
- Strong knowledge of deal structuring, capital markets, and funding instruments.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of risk management and financial governance.
- Strategic mindset with strong leadership and decision‑making capabilities.
- Ability to operate confidently at Board and C‑suite level.
