🚀 Hiring: Senior IT Project Manager

📍 Location: Qatar

💼 Experience: 10+ Years

🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s in IT or related field

📜 Certification: PMI / CSM or equivalent (Mandatory)

🗣 Bilingual Preferred

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level projects within a large government environment in Qatar.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects (scope, budget, timeline, quality)
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones & budgets
  • Drive execution across all project phases
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams, vendors & stakeholders
  • Facilitate steering committee (SteerCo) meetings & executive reporting
  • Identify, manage & mitigate project risks and cross-project dependencies
  • Ensure alignment with organizational strategic objectives
  • Oversee quality assurance, governance & compliance standards
  • Conduct post-project reviews & mentor junior PMs
  • Drive cost optimization and operational efficiencies

🛠 Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing large, complex, multi-vendor projects
  • Portfolio / Program management exposure (preferred)
  • Risk, budget & change management expertise
  • Strategic thinking & decision-making capability
  • Excellent communication & conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum & Hybrid methodologies
