We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level projects within a large government environment in Qatar.

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level projects within a large government environment in Qatar.
๐ Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects (scope, budget, timeline, quality)
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones & budgets
- Drive execution across all project phases
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, vendors & stakeholders
- Facilitate steering committee (SteerCo) meetings & executive reporting
- Identify, manage & mitigate project risks and cross-project dependencies
- Ensure alignment with organizational strategic objectives
- Oversee quality assurance, governance & compliance standards
- Conduct post-project reviews & mentor junior PMs
- Drive cost optimization and operational efficiencies
- Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing large, complex, multi-vendor projects
- Portfolio / Program management exposure (preferred)
- Risk, budget & change management expertise
- Strategic thinking & decision-making capability
- Excellent communication & conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum & Hybrid methodologies
