We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Application Support Specialist to provide enterprise-level L1 & L2 support and lead critical application support initiatives.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Application Support Specialist to provide enterprise-level L1 & L2 support and lead critical application support initiatives.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely L1 & L2 support within SLA
- Prepare & maintain Requirement Docs, Integration Docs, RCA, Impact Analysis & Solution Documents
- Support UAT, onboarding & application training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams & business stakeholders
- Conduct workflow analysis & recommend system/process improvements
- Lead project planning, change control & quality assurance activities
- Implement software configuration changes across enterprise systems
- Manage installation, configuration & ongoing system maintenance
🛠 Required Skills & Expertise:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (SAAS/CRM)
- IBM Maximo Application Suite
- Oracle EBS 12.2.x / Fusion
- ARM Solutions
- Microsoft: Azure, .NET Framework, SQL Server, SharePoint
- Oracle: Primavera P6, Unifier, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Database
- Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Business Process Management (BPM) tools
- Application Monitoring Tools
- Strong experience with relational databases & reporting
- Excellent English communication skills
- Arabic language skills (preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management & customer-focused mindset
