Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site User Experience Designer role located in Bawshar. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, creating user-centered designs, developing prototypes, and applying design thinking principles to enhance the user experience. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to produce intuitive designs and improve usability across various projects while aligning with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Design Thinking and User Research practices to identify user needs and craft optimal solutions.
- Proficiency in User Experience (UX) design principles and Prototyping to create intuitive workflows and functional prototypes.
- Skill in Visual Design to produce aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities to enhance usability across products and services.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience working on UX design projects and familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on enterprise or government digital platforms
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design
