About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and adaptable Manual QA Engineer to join a fast-paced maintenance team supporting active client projects across different domains.

This is not a single-product role.

You will be working in a multi-project environment where the ability to quickly switch context, prioritize effectively, and maintain high quality across multiple parallel streams is essential.

The primary focus is mobile application testing (iOS / Android), along with API validation and documentation maintenance. Automation is NOT required. However, effective use of AI tools in daily QA work is expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual functional, regression, exploratory and acceptance testing

• Test mobile applications (iOS / Android) as a core focus area

• Work across multiple projects simultaneously (up to several active streams per day)

• Quickly switch between different domains, codebases, and client requirements

• Validate REST APIs using Postman (collections, environments, debugging)

• Use proxy tools (e.g., Charles, Proxyman) to inspect and debug mobile traffic

• Create, maintain and optimize test documentation and test cases

• Collaborate with developers, designers and PMs to ensure stable releases

• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor) to improve productivity, generate test scenarios, analyze issues and optimize documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Manual QA experience

• Strong and recent experience in mobile app testing (last 2–3 years)

• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously (service / outsourcing / multi-client environments preferred)

• Experience in maintenance or support-heavy environments

• Solid hands-on experience with Postman (creating collections, running requests, debugging)

• Experience using proxy tools (Charles, Proxyman or similar)

• Strong understanding of mobile vs web testing specifics

• Good knowledge of SDLC / STLC

• Experience writing and maintaining structured test documentation

• Practical experience using AI tools in QA workflows (with examples)

• Ukrainian

• English — strong Upper-Intermediate or higher (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript

• Experience with Git

• Exposure to automation (not required, but welcomed)
