THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Visual Designer who combines strong visual craft with UX sensitivity and information clarity.

This role is inspired by the rigor of NN/g principles — applying objective design foundations such as hierarchy, contrast, scale, balance, and Gestalt principles to create high-quality digital experiences.

You will work across product UI, design systems, brand, research materials, and marketing assets, ensuring clarity, consistency, and visual excellence.

ROLE MISSION

Transform complex AI systems, data workflows, and enterprise concepts into intuitive, visually coherent, and brand-aligned digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visual Design Systems
  • Apply core design principles:
    • Scale
    • Visual hierarchy
    • Balance & contrast
    • Spacing & alignment
    • Gestalt principles
  • Maintain and evolve visual consistency across:
    • Product UI
    • Web platforms
    • Marketing channels
  • Contribute to scalable design systems and component libraries.
  • UI & Interaction Design
  • Create layouts, UI components, and interaction patterns for:
    • Web platforms
    • AI dashboards
    • Workflow builders
    • Insight panels
  • Collaborate with Product Designers to refine:
    • Typography systems
    • Iconography
    • Color systems
    • Grid frameworks
  • Brand Alignment
  • Ensure all visual outputs align with XenonStack’s brand identity, tone, and positioning.
  • Maintain visual coherence across:
    • Product interfaces
    • Sales decks
    • Campaign visuals
    • Architecture diagrams
  • Elevate the visual maturity of enterprise AI branding.
  • Information Design & Visualization
  • Design:
    • Infographics
    • Architecture visuals
    • Data visualizations
    • Research and whitepaper layouts
  • Translate complex AI, cloud, and infrastructure concepts into visually digestible formats.
  • Create educational and thought-leadership visual materials.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work
  • Work closely with:
    • UX Designers
    • Developers
    • Product Managers
    • Researchers
    • Marketing teams
  • Ensure designs are:
    • User-centric
    • Feasible
    • Technically aligned
  • Prototyping & Iteration
  • Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
  • Support usability testing and iteration cycles.
  • Refine designs based on feedback and research insights.
  • Tool Proficiency
  • Use industry-standard tools:
    • Figma
    • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Maintain organized, reusable, production-ready design files.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 2–5 years of experience in Visual Design / UI Design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating:
    • UI systems
    • Information design
    • Brand consistency
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy and layout systems.
Good-to-Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or AI products.
  • Experience working with dashboards or data-heavy products.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
  • Motion design or micro-interaction experience.
