Job Title: Scrum Master - Infra & Cloud

Job Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Full Time

Experience: 5+ years

Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days joiners are highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles and best practices
• Remove impediments and help the team stay focused on sprint goals
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
• Support the team in delivering committed sprint outcomes on time
• Promote collaboration and transparency across cross-functional teams
• Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint progress
• Ability to understand and represent both the business and technology
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance
• Support Agile transformation and maturity across the organization

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe is a plus)
• Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, Certified Team Coach, or SAFe
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master for one or more Scrum teams
• Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to coach teams and stakeholders at different levels
