Bilingual Scrum Master

Job Summary

We are looking for a Scrum Master or Agile Coach to join our dynamic team and assist the successful delivery of multiple IT projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Agile and Waterfall principles, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced technology environment. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration, drive business value, and deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Closely work with development teams to delivery agile inititaives.
• Collaborate with product owners to define scope, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, quality assurance while balancing priorities, issues, risks, and mitigating risks.
• Track project progress and ensure transparency among stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting Agile principles and encouraging teams to experiment.
• Identify impediments that may hinder the project teams progress and facilitate effective resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and engaging them in project planning a decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management with at least 3 years of experience in Agile project management
• Have experience with leading projects that are less than 100M JPY.
• Strong understanding of various Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Demonstrate knowledge of software development methodologies and techniques
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills and ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering value and meeting stakeholder and customer needs.
