- Identify gaps or errors in model responses and enhance outputs to meet professional standards
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, talent operations, or general business operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data organization), Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with common HR tools (like BambooHR)
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to assess business documents for clarity, structure, and correctness
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field
