Job overview:
We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a technical background and capabilities primarily in the Salesforce stack to join us on our digital and product transformation, supporting multiple agile, cross-functional teams to deliver products and services that add value for our customers in a fast, repeatable and scalable way.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitating key meetings and conversations necessary to achieve efficient and effective delivery
- Understanding the challenges the team faces and provide input accordingly
- Setting up key KPIs and be data driven for continuous improvement of the delivery teams
- Working closely with the Product Owner and key stakeholders to encourage them to adopt and maintain an agile mindset
- Training, mentoring and supporting development teams to follow Agile values, principles, and practices and coaching the delivery teams to higher Agile maturity levels
- Creating an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts
- Championing continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coach teams to conduct continuous inspection and adaption
- Driving engagement and empowerment, creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives
- Working closely with Digital on the agile strategy and promote best practices throughout Digital and Data, becoming a positive disruptor where needed
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
Your skills & experience:
- Professional Scrum Master L1 or equivalent as a minimum
- Extensive experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team that followed Agile principles, practices and theory
- Strong background in development, Salesforce experience desirable
- Experience of building genuinely Agile teams in a large-scale enterprise
- DevSecOps Methodologies
- Experience facilitating sessions with a wide range of stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully coaching team members and key stakeholders to support them in tackling problems with curiosity and a drive to innovate in novel ways
- Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe, or LeSS is desirable
