Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and confident Project Manager with exceptional communication skills. You’ll manage projects end-to-end, coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and progress using ClickUp
- Maintain clear documentation and organized workflows in Google Drive
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Lead meetings, provide updates, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and resolve project challenges quickly and efficiently
- 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with ClickUp and Google Workspace
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Presentable, confident, and results-focused professional
- 20 days of annual leave
