We are seeking a Data Scientist to drive advanced analytics initiatives within our CX Regional Hub. If you are passionate about machine learning, recommendation systems, and transforming sales data into actionable business insights, this opportunity is for you.

Required Technical Skills

• +3 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with ML libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and data engineering concepts
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)
• Hands-on experience building Predictive Models and Recommendation Systems
• Experience working with sales data and customer behavior analytics
• Knowledge of Customer Segmentation & Churn Analysis

What You’ll Do

• Build and deploy machine learning models for personalized product recommendations
• Develop predictive models to identify churn and lapsed operators
• Create operator value prediction models using historical secondary sales data
• Perform deep data exploration and feature engineering to improve model performance
• Adapt and implement models to support EOTM strategies
• Collaborate with CX, Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams to align data science solutions with business goals
• Apply best practices in ML model development, validation, and deployment
