About The Opportunity
- Permanent Full-Time position
- Based in North Sydney or South Melbourne
This role is perfect for engineers with a strong foundation who want to deepen their skills in cloud-native development.
What You’ll Work On
- Designing and building event-driven, serverless applications
- Developing backend services using Go
- Deploying infrastructure using AWS CDK
- Building and optimising AWS Lambda–based workloads
- Collaborating with product and platform teams to deliver high-quality features
- Writing clean, well-tested, maintainable code
- Participating in code reviews and sharing knowledge within the team
- Proficiency in Go (Golang)
- Hands-on experience with AWS CDK
- Strong experience building with AWS Lambda
- Solid understanding of event-driven architectures (e.g., EventBridge, SNS/SQS, streams)
- Experience with serverless patterns and best practices
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tooling
- Experience with Svelte will be an advantage
- Good problemsolving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Experience with Svelte will be an advantage
- A mid-level engineer ready to take ownership of meaningful work
- Someone who enjoys working in modern cloud environments
- A strong communicator who works well in a team
