Business Analyst (Implementation & Support) | FinTech | Sydney | Hybrid
Are you a BA who gets bored just gathering requirements? This one's different.
We're a fast-growing global FinTech — trusted by leading banks and financial institutions worldwide — and we're looking for someone who wants to own the full lifecycle. That means rolling up your sleeves on client implementations, shaping product features alongside developers, and being the go-to expert when clients need answers.
What you'll actually be doing:
This isn't a "write specs and hand them over" role. You'll be the bridge between clients and the technical team — driving implementations, managing post-go-live support, contributing to the product roadmap, and helping clients get real value from sophisticated financial software. If you thrive on variety and love seeing the direct impact of your work, you'll fit right in.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- 3+ years across BA, implementation, or application support — ideally in an enterprise software environment
- Solid SQL skills and/or comfort working close to technical teams
- Experience with Agile/Kanban and the full SDLC
- Strong client-facing skills — you're as comfortable in a boardroom as you are in a ticket queue
- A background in financial services, structured finance or securitisation (a real bonus, not just a checkbox).
