Job Description
About the Role
As part of the Salter Brothers Accor Portfolio, you will work alongside an experienced Executive Committee.
In the role of General Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and management oversight, ensuring all departments collaborate effectively to achieve the hotel’s objectives.
You will lead a skilled team, upholding Mercure brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experience. You will also inspire and mentor a motivated team of emerging hospitality professionals, fostering their growth and passion for the industry.
Qualifications
Your Skills & Experience will include:
- Previous General Manager experience not essential. Your experience as a hotel Operations Manager is highly desirable
- This is a great opportunity for an emerging General Manager. First time candidates are highly encouraged to apply
- A passion for instilling exceptional guest experience with a focus on people, product & performance.
- Demonstrated success with loyalty contributions and a keen focus on increasing RPS.
- Extensive rooms division background with an understanding of the local market.
- Outgoing, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
