Job Title – SCRUM Master – Data & Cloud Transformation (Financial Services)
Job Location – Sydney, New South Wales, Australia (Hybrid)
Employment Type – Permanent

Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced SCRUM Master to support large-scale data and cloud transformation programs across leading Financial Services organisations.
- This is a high-impact delivery leadership role where you will drive agile execution across complex AWS, Databricks, SQL Server, and CRM transformation initiatives. You will enable high-performing squads delivering modern data platforms and enterprise cloud solutions within regulated FS environments (Superannuation, Insurance, Wealth).
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Drive delivery across large-scale data transformation programs
• Remove impediments and manage risks in complex cloud and integration environments
• Partner closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering Leads
• Ensure alignment across AWS, Databricks, SQL Server, and CRM workstreams
• Promote Agile best practices, DevOps culture, and continuous improvement
• Track velocity, delivery metrics, and program governance reporting
• Support stakeholder engagement across senior business and technology teams
Required Experience:
• Strong Financial Services domain exposure (Super, Insurance, Wealth preferred)
• Proven experience supporting large data transformation initiatives
• Experience working within AWS and Databricks delivery environments
• Exposure to SQL Server migrations and CRM integrations
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting capability
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM / SAFe / equivalent preferred)
