As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional workforce management solutions for our clients. You bring strong communication and presentation skills, thrive in complex environments, and know how to build trusted relationships that drive success.
You’ll manage multiple projects of varying size, scope, and complexity — always staying adaptable, agile, and focused on results. From timelines and budgets to stakeholder engagement, you’ll ensure every project meets client expectations and delivers measurable value.
What You’ll Do
- Lead workforce management implementations across multiple locations and environments.
- Define project scope, develop and maintain detailed plans, and monitor progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Be the main point of contact for clients — managing expectations and fostering strong relationships.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including consultants, support, and engineering, to align on goals and deliver outcomes.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, quality delivery, testing, deployment, risk mitigation, and reporting.
- Prepare and present regular project updates, including status reports and executive briefings.
- Proactively manage escalations and lead senior stakeholder discussions.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and identify opportunities to add value.
What You’ll Bring
Experience
- 10 years in a project manager or senior project coordinator role, managing enterprise-level, multi-workstream project deployments.
- Proven track record delivering software implementation projects end to end.
- Workforce management experience highly regarded.
Skills
- Confident managing multiple projects while maintaining strategic focus.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills — comfortable presenting to executives.
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
- Skilled in prioritisation, issue and risk management.
Certifications
- PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
Education
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, IT, or a related field advantageous.
