We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead our latest builds from pre-construction to final closeout. We don't just build structures; we build relationships and communities. We need a PM who is as comfortable reading blueprints as they are negotiating with subcontractors and presenting to stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Project Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and under budget.
• Subcontractor Management: Source, vet, and supervise trades and vendors to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Budget & Cost Control: Track project expenses, manage change orders, and mitigate financial risks.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict OSHA standards and ensure all permits and inspections are cleared without a hitch.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Provide clear, data-driven updates to owners, architects, and internal leadership.

What You Bring

• Experience: 5+ years in Construction Management (Commercial/Residential/Industrial experience preferred).
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or Microsoft Project.
• Leadership: A proven track record of managing diverse crews and high-pressure situations.
• Credentials: A degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (PMP or LEED certification is a major plus).
