In Buenos Aires within the Banking industry, we are looking for a Strong Middle Product Analyst to join our Payments team. This role will contribute to the continuous improvement of our products by supporting decision-making with data, identifying optimization opportunities, and ensuring the best possible experience for our users.

This is you

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems, Business Administration, or related fields (advanced student or graduate).
  • 3+ years of experience in functional analysis, product, or similar roles in digital environments, fintech, or banking.
  • Strong skills in Excel, SQL (basic), and familiarity with Google Analytics, Amplitude, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative work style.
  • Intermediate English (ability to read and understand technical documentation).

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Previous experience working with QR or recurring payment products.
  • Familiarity with market research and competitive benchmarking.
  • Experience in fintech or banking environments.

This is your role

  • Analyze key product metrics and generate reports to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner in defining requirements and functionalities, ensuring proper documentation and traceability.
  • Develop use cases, functional flows, and acceptance criteria for new features or improvements.
  • Participate in discovery sessions and requirements gathering with business, technology, and UX teams.
  • Monitor the performance of QR and recurring payment products, detect deviations, and propose improvement actions.
  • Conduct market benchmarks to identify trends and product evolution opportunities.
  • Support testing and validation stages, ensuring functional quality before each release.
  • Provide support to development and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Document processes and findings to strengthen knowledge management within the team.
