Job Summary

We are looking to hire an API Platform and Microservices Architect to join our Information technology Team.

As a key member of the Enterprise Architecture Team will support a massive technology and business transformation being focused on preserve the sustainability of key shared platforms of Commercial Bank and the related governance in order to create the CBQ API Market Place for Developers on top of Microservices.

Key Accountabilities

Ensure sustainability of platform

Preserve application is developed properly (pattern and standards)

Experience and knowledge in Microservices, Cloud Services, ITIL, TOGAF

Other Accountabilities

Kong is a Life Cycle Management Tool (Similar tools: Apigee, Mulesoft,..)
Designing APIS & Microservices
DDD (Domain Driven Design), for design microservices
Being a Key member supporting a massive digital transformation collaborating with Solutions Architects and providing guidance in solutioning as key member of the Enterprise Architecture Team
Architectural and Platform ownership of the API Lifecycle Management Tool and supporting Microservices integration patterns as other key uses cases
Support guidance in delivery and deployment lifecycle of APIs
Design authority member for evaluate APIs, Schemas and functional APIs for Commercial Bank for preserve the sustainability of the environment
Divulgate good practices for asses and evaluate Business initiatives approaching best solutioning on top of APIs
Application ownership for API Lifecycle Management Tool –KONG or any of the following life cycle management tools such as Apigee or Mulesoft
Preparing the capacity Planning for the API Lifecycle Management Tool working closely with Infrastructure Team
As a key member of the Enterprise Architecture Team will support in Architecture Board IT Initiatives in Commercial Bank
Platform Architect for API Lifecycle Management Tool will partner with strategic planning and engineering teams to take ideas from concepts to fruition as part of digital transformation
Interact with external customers and partners in the industry
Participate in the design, build and deployment of a new Open Source and Vendor Specific platforms including service request, provisioning process, configuration, monitoring definition, backup and recovery strategy, and security for APIs
Ability to develop conceptual and detailed design documentation
Articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies a part of APIs with key stakeholders of infrastructure programs via workshop, web conference and PowerPoint presentation
Mentor team members in technology, architecture and delivery of new solutions
Participate in POC's with applications and projects interested in using APIs
Work closely with our IT Operations Service Delivery
Identify, investigate, evaluate and quickly become proficient in new technologies and technical disciplines that are of significance to Commercial Bank
Providing technical leadership and setting architectural direction for all the business services in the domain by bringing both technical vision and business objectives together
