We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to support the evolution of an in?house digital product suite by delivering intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research using interviews, observations, workshops, and other qualitative methods.
- Create clear documentation and present research insights to stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, and multiple design proposals.
- Build high?fidelity prototypes and detailed designs in Figma, leveraging advanced features (auto?layout, components, variables, styles).
- Maintain and evolve a design system in collaboration with developers, designers, and product teams.
- Contribute across the entire product design lifecycle: discovery, ideation, prototyping, design, and implementation.
- Proven experience in user research, UX design, UI design, and design system management.
- Expert?level proficiency in Figma.
- Strong visual design capability and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience working within digital product teams in large organisations.
- Basic understanding of web technologies.
- Strong stakeholder alignment and team collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Dutch or French.
- Background in the energy sector.
