At Randstad Digital, we are looking for an experienced IT & Cyber Risk Management Advisor. In this role, you will bridge the gap between IT and Business by identifying operational risks and providing strategic advice on risk management. • Location: Hybrid (Brussels Region / Remote within Belgium)
• Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in IT Risk or Cybersecurity.
• Education: Master’s degree (preferably in a technical or business-related field) and certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.

Your Tasks:

• Identify and analyze operational IT and Cyber risks within applications, projects, and Agile Tribes.
• Perform Risk Quality Assurance, from risk profile creation to effective closure.
• Assess security risks in 'Shadow IT' situations (applications outside standard governance).
• Provide strategic advice to IT and business stakeholders regarding risk treatment and cost optimization.
• Report on the overall risk posture to senior management.
• Optimize risk management methodologies and tools based on industry best practices.

Your Profile:

• At least 8 years of experience in IT GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) or Information Security.
• Deep knowledge of ISMS processes, control frameworks, and audit methodologies.
• Proven experience with cloud security (SaaS, AWS) and security best practices in software development.
• Familiar with ITIL processes such as release, change, and incident management.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch and/or French are a strong asset).
• Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CIPP, or CCSK).
