We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager to support a key transformation project within a small, flexible bank.
The mission: redesign the authentication method for the mobile banking app.
Today, users log in with a card reader but with new cards being introduced by the end of the year, the existing card readers will no longer work. The bank must therefore implement a more secure, future‑proof login solution, fully aligned with DORA requirements and procurement obligations.
This means a deadline: both implementation and the risk assessment must be completed before year‑end.
This role combines Business Analysis (±70%) and Project Management (±30%), including:
- Conducting business analyses and challenging requirements
- Leading and documenting risk analyses (mandatory in banking)
- Managing a broad stakeholder landscape across multiple teams
- Supporting change management for customers transitioning to a new login method
- Ensuring alignment with support teams and operational impact
- Working in an Agile environment
- Driving progress in a project that is already well underway
A strong, autonomous, analytical professional:
- Senior level
- Mandatory experience in banking/financial services
- Experience performing risk assessments
- Fluent in French
- Able to work independently without ongoing coaching
- Comfortable navigating a sometimes chaotic environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Small bank with an Agile structure
- Teams covering Front, Back, and Digital Banking products
- Development team of approx. 15 people
- Full‑time assignment
- Hybrid setup: 2 days per week onsite
