Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a UI/UX Designer. The intern will assist in designing user interfaces and creating seamless user experiences. Responsibilities include creating mockups, designing visuals, prototyping designs, and collaborating with the development team to ensure end products align with design specifications and usability standards. Additionally, the intern will gather insights from user feedback and contribute to iterative design improvements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating mockups, visual designs, and prototypes
- Understanding of User Experience Design (UED) principles and best practices
- Basic knowledge of front-end development and how design translates into a functional interface
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design ideas effectively
- Interest in emerging design trends and a proactive approach to learning new tools
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
- Prior experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
