Senior AI Engineer — Espoo or Tampere

What Your Work Looks Like

Imagine walking into a client engagement where you own the full arc — from understanding the business problem to deploying a production system that delivers measurable results. That's a typical week.

You will:

• Design and ship end-to-end AI systems — RAG pipelines, AI agents, copilots, automation workflows — that run in production, not just in notebooks
• Sit across from decision-makers, understand their real problems, and translate them into architectures that actually scale
• Choose the right tools for the job — modern AI platforms, LLMs, cloud infrastructure — without being locked into any single vendor's stack
• Own the full lifecycle — from data ingestion through deployment, monitoring, and cost optimization
• Build the MLOps and CI/CD foundations that keep your solutions reliable after handover
• This isn't a role where someone else talks to the client and hands you a spec. You're in the room, you shape the solution, and you see it working.

This Role Fits You If

• You have strong Python skills and senior-level engineering experience — you take code from idea to reliable production service, including testing, monitoring, and deployment.
• You've built LLM-based systems that actually went live (RAG, agents, tool use, evaluation pipelines)
• You can translate a business problem into a technical architecture — and explain it to both engineers and executives
• You've worked client-facing or in consulting, and you're comfortable owning the relationship
• You have depth in at least one of: analytics, machine learning, data engineering, or DevOps/MLOps
• You communicate fluently in English. Finnish language skills are highly valued, as many of our clients operate in Finnish.
• You take ownership of complex problems without waiting for permission
• You actively explore new AI tools and technologies — not because someone told you to, but because you can't help it

Even Better If You Bring

Experience with vector databases, LLM evaluation frameworks, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible), or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Background in telecom or other complex technical domains is a real plus.

Espoo or Tampere — you choose your base. We work where our clients are and where the thinking is best. Both offices give you a collaborative home base with a team that's easy to reach — but you won't be chained to a desk. Client work, remote days, and travel are all part of the rhythm.
