Accountabilities
- Facilitate PI Planning, ART Syncs, and System Demos
- Ensure strong alignment between Product Management, Architecture, and Engineering teams
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments
- Promote Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Support continuous value delivery through Program Increments
- Proven experience as a SAFe Release Train Engineer or Senior Scrum Master in SAFe environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean-Agile principles
- Experience facilitating program ceremonies such as PI Planning
- Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles and CI/CD practices
- SAFe RTE certification or SAFe Program Consultant certification
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Fluent in English (C1 or higher)
