Role Purpose:
Ensuring Omantel's workforce aligns with current and future business needs involves forecasting future workforce requirements, identifying skills gaps, and devising strategies related to talent development, talent acquisition, and reallocation. In addition, continuously monitor and analyze people trends to ensure Omantel can make informed data driven decision to optimize workforce utilization and performance

Minimum role requirements:
Bachelor in relevant discipline
6 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a management position
Key Accountabilities:
· Manage end-to-end large projects activities that include several stages or phases or small programs that include few projects and ensure compliance with Omantel requirements using both waterfall and Agile approaches.
· Responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project.
· May communicate with a Senior Project Manager, Functional Area Manager, or Program Manager regarding status of specific projects.
· Manage and coordinate the project/program activities as necessary of all involved organizations, including business units, technical units, financial units, and the direct contractor /vendor interface to ensure that contract commitments are met efficiently and in a timely manner.
· Prepare required Project Implementation plans for the different project activities and ensure all project elements and dependencies are considered in the plan.
· Monitor and ensure projects completion on schedule, within budget and in full accordance with project specifications and regulatory authority's quality indicators.
· Develop and implement action plans for the project to generate proper implementation procedures based upon the contractual milestones and commitments
