- Work directly with customers (with the support of the Sales Team) – presales technical validation, POCs, onboarding, and post-sales support.
- Provide tight feedback loops to core engineering – what breaks, what’s missing, what should be automated next.
- Debug fast – share screens, jump on calls, and unblock customers in real time.
🎯 Requirements:
- past XP (4y at least) as Sysops / DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure Engineer / Technical Account Manager / Technical Support Engineer...

Why you’ll enjoy working here
- 💻 Fully remote (France-based) with occasional travel
- 👥 Team & culture: Tight-knit crew of 10 people (infra, DevOps, AI) / Culture: very direct, impact-driven, autonomous (Small team, big impact)

- 🏎 Small team, big impact : critical role at the border of Tech, Product & Business
- 🖲️ Tech-driven culture + strong focus on product-led motion
- 🌏 Team offsite every 6 months

- Prepare the demo: replicate the client's infrastructure on a testing environment to show the agents in action
- Have a look at the run of current clients: Analyze client support tickets, figure out a quick way to reproduce the client’s infra and run the solution on it to identify where the issues are coming from
- Set up the solution for a new client: launch and adjust the agents by prompting them. Schedule a meeting with the stakeholders of the Client to review the launch
Typical technologies you can work with:
You will work daily with Terraform and Ansible, and spend a lot of time in the shell.
