I’m partnering with one of Europe’s most ambitious fintech infrastructure companies, now doubling engineering headcount as they scale.

They’re building regulated, programmable financial infrastructure for a stablecoin-native future - bridging traditional banking and blockchain in a way neither side has successfully executed.

Already trusted by leading global crypto platforms. The ambition is to become foundational infrastructure for global payments and AI-native finance.

They’re hiring Backend Software Engineers into a deliberately high-density team of ex-founders, early unicorn employees, and senior fintech Engineers.

The Role – Backend Engineer

As a Backend Engineer, you’ll:

• Build core financial infrastructure from first principles
• Design and ship production-grade systems
• Own backend architecture end-to-end
• Work in a small, high-calibre Engineer team
• Move fast, without bureaucracy

Ideal Backend Engineer Profile

• You’ve built and scaled serious production systems
• Experience in fintech, banking, or breakout startups
• Strong backend foundations
• Bias for action and technical depth

Stack: Ideally TypeScript, Node.js, AWS — but exceptional Engineers from adjacent stacks are encouraged to apply.
