We're working with Cytiva on this exciting opportunity. As an HR Generalist, you'll be instrumental in managing the full employee lifecycle and supporting a manufacturing site within a global life sciences company dedicated to transforming human health.

The Role

• Serve as the primary HR contact for management, associates, and works council

• Process, verify, and maintain employment contracts and all employee-related documents

• Support recruiting activities to identify and successfully onboard new talent

• Provide expert guidance on labor law, HR processes, and company policies

• Generate HR statistics and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

• Manage the complete operative employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding

What You'll Need

• Degree in HR Management or vocational training as an HR professional

• Several years of 360-degree employee lifecycle management experience, preferably in manufacturing

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Experience with Time and Attendance tools and HR systems like Workday
