HR Payroll Specialist | Mannheim, Germany | Hybrid

The Role
• Coordinate and execute payroll tasks according to individual contractual, legal, tax, tariff, and social security regulations.
• Maintain personnel data changes in HR systems (Workday, SAP, ATOSS, Aconso) ensuring legal and compliance requirements.
• Create necessary documentation for personnel changes.
• Act as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding payroll and personnel-related questions.
What You'll Need
• Completed commercial vocational training and at least 3 years of professional experience in payroll.
• Sound knowledge of German labor, wage tax, social security laws, and collective bargaining agreements.
• Goodkenntnisse in at least one common payroll program (SAP HCM, SD Worx, Sage, Paisy).
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
