• Lead the development and management of a diversified cryptocurrency and digital asset portfolio aligned with the firm’s investment strategy.
• Conduct in-depth research and due diligence on cryptocurrencies, tokens, DeFi protocols, staking opportunities, and emerging blockchain sectors.
• Design, monitor, and optimize portfolio allocations while actively managing risk, drawdowns, and liquidity exposure.
• Implement quantitative and fundamental analysis frameworks to enhance performance.
• Track global crypto market cycles, macroeconomic trends, and regulatory developments across Europe and globally.
• Present portfolio performance reports, risk metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

• Proven experience managing cryptocurrency or digital asset portfolios.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, DeFi ecosystems, staking models, derivatives, and market microstructure.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk-adjusted return optimization and volatility management.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable with financial modeling and performance attribution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of operating independently in a fully remote environment.
• Familiarity with EU crypto regulations and compliance frameworks is an advantage.
