Job description:

We are looking for a Commercial Project Manager to strengthen our Commercial Contract Management department. The role will support our project and operations teams in all commercial matters, ensuring smooth project execution, accurate contractual assessments, and effective communication with internal stakeholders and customers.

You will carry on the following activities:
* Acting as an interface between project management, project controlling, and commercial execution
* Commercial point of contact for our project management, operations teams, and management
* Initial commercial assessment of contract documentsInitiating and preparing letters of credit, bank guarantees, etc., as well as preparing invoicing documents based on project contracts and project progress
* Serving as a commercial contact for customers
* General professional support to the Head of Commercial Contract Management

Required profile:
* Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
* Professional experience as a commercial project and order manager in an industrial company
* Good knowledge of contract law and a basic technical understanding
* Ability to work in a team, independence, and strong sense of responsibility
* Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
* Willingness to travel occasionally
