Quality Assurance Manager

Role Overview
TTC Group is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to own QA delivery for a high-profile Mobile Banking rollout, working closely with Dublin-based stakeholders and offshore teams in a follow-the-sun model.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end QA strategy across functional, E2E, performance & non-functional testing
- Act as the QA authority across Dev, Product, DevOps & Risk teams
- Drive AI-led automation, including self-healing frameworks
- Lead mobile automation using Appium & WebdriverIO (TypeScript) via SauceLabs
- Ensure seamless handovers and high-quality delivery across global teams
- Design and validate customer journeys for a flawless mobile banking experience
Requirement:
- Tier-1 banking testing experience
- Strong iOS & Android mobile testing background
- Hands-on automation framework experience (WebdriverIO, Appium)
- Proven Test Lead managing offshore and cross-functional teams
- Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills
