Backend Developer (PHP)

Available vacancy in our Daugavpils office: BackEnd Developer (PHP)

We are also waiting for CVs from Ryga or other Latvian cities.

Work is available both in the office and remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services.
• Design and implement APIs for mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with other teams.
• Implement new features and optimize existing services.
• Debug, troubleshoot and resolve backend issues.
• Write and maintain auto tests

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with PHP in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of OOP.
• Strong knowledge of Symphony (or similar frameworks).
• Experience working with microservices architecture (would be a plus).
• Understanding of hexagonal architecture (would be a plus).
• Experience writing auto tests.
• Experience with Docker.
• Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ)
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL). Strong understanding of indexing.
• Experience with GitFlow in a team environment.
• Experience working with HTML + CSS + javascript
• Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Written and verbal Russian, English, Level B1+
