 Job Description: We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Creative team and make a meaningful impact by crafting thoughtful, engaging designs that inspire our audiences. 

 What you will do: 

• Developing ideas and visual solutions for the company’s visual materials; 
• Finding, preparing and handing visual materials over to content editors; 
• Preparing visual materials for the company’s social network activities, e-mail marketing, as well as other marketing activities; 
• Preparing sketches and designs for the company’s visual materials; 
• Preparing and summarising new content visual materials for internal use and external partners; 
• Working with templates and photo libraries; 
• Cooperating with colleagues from other departments, if technically complicated solutions and designs are to be implemented; 
• Perform other tasks relevant to the role needed.  

 What we expect: 

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design;
• Knowledge and experience in tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator;
• Strong communication skills and result-driven attitude;
• Willingness to collaborate with multiple teams and departments;
• Bachelor´s degree in marketing or communications;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders;
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Strong verbal and written English skills.

Nice to have (but not mandatory): 

• Knowledge and experience in Figma;
• Knowledge of AI-generated content;
• Basic animation skills for GIF and HTML banners;
• Interest in sports.
