Strategic Staffing Solutions International client is a digital marketing agency based in New York that specializes in helping B2B clients, including media publishers, membership organizations, event organizers, and nonprofits, reach their target audiences effectively. Currently is hiring a Email Marketing Operations Specialist.


The Email Marketing Operations Specialist will lead end-to-end execution and optimization of high-volume B2B email campaigns across multiple ESP and CRM platforms. This role combines hands-on deployment with advanced segmentation strategy, Clay-powered data enrichment, performance analytics, and continuous optimization.


This position requires strong technical execution, behavioral segmentation expertise, and the ability to scale structured campaign systems across clients.


Key Responsibilities:

Email Campaign Execution & Platform Management

  • Build, launch, and optimize high-volume campaigns in Omeda, HubSpot, Marketo, and Mailchimp
  • Manage full lifecycle: segmentation, setup, QA, scheduling, reporting
  • Monitor deliverability and data sync; maintain brand-compliant templates
  • Support landing pages and nurture flows

Advanced Segmentation & Clay Workflows

  • Support Clay workflows for enrichment, targeting, and data validation
  • Build persona-based and behavioral segmentation aligned to ICPs
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and scalable audience frameworks

Testing & Performance Optimization

  • Execute A/B tests (content, timing, segmentation)
  • Analyze performance metrics (OR, CTR, MQL, CPL)
  • Optimize flows to improve ROI and reduce CPA
  • Partner with analytics to turn insights into action

Systems, Process & Collaboration

  • Develop SOPs, templates, and scalable workflows
  • Increase production efficiency without sacrificing quality
  • Translate client goals into campaign plans
  • Collaborate with content, design, analytics, and QA teams


Who You Are:

  • 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, marketing operations, or CRM management.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in HubSpot, Omeda, Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar.
  • Strong segmentation skills (lists, properties, lifecycle workflows, field mapping).
  • Comfortable managing data imports/exports and working in spreadsheets.
  • Detail-oriented with strong QA discipline.
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns and meet EST-aligned deadlines.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Clay) for segmentation, enrichment, QA, or personalization.
  • Able to write structured prompts and validate AI outputs before deployment.
  • Interested in improving workflow efficiency through automation.
