The product innovations focus on further addressing the customer needs of today's digital banking - actively introducing new products and features.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and develop the Card proposition - making sure it addresses the customer and market demand
• Stay ahead of fintech and banking trends, integrating emerging technologies and best practices into cutting edge financial products
• Represent extensive market and domain expertise for Card proposition, acting as the voice of market in internal dialogues
• Effectively translate customer needs into deliverable products and solutions
• Own and drive product profitability for your products
• Collaborate closely with commercial team, product team, developers, compliance, legal and marketing to ensure products meet both customer expectations and regulatory standards
• Own and drive your domains initiatives, ensuring timely deliveries to market and to our customers
• Participate actively in market and customer facing dialogues, as well internal ones, to align and drive product vision and execution
• Advocate for customer focus and product acumen at all company levels, contributing to cultural adoption of product management

Who You Are:

• You have minimum of 5 years of Product management experience
• You have in-depth experience and expertise on Credit cards issuing, from a multi-country setup (i.e. from a bank issuing products to multiple countries or from a card processor)
• You have experience working with Card schemes and pose knowledge of the Card related regulatory framework
• You have proven experience working with digital products and solutions - within fintech or banking space
• You are skilled collaborator with excellent communication skills to work effectively in cross-disciplinary teams
• You are passionate about delivering high-quality products that drive business and ensure customer success
• You have the ability to translate technical concepts into intuitive, consumer-friendly solutions
• You are a creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
• You are pro-active, accountable with a “can-do” mindset
• You are fluent in English

The salary range for this position is 3500 - 5500 EUR (gross) per month depending on the seniority level.
