✔️ You’ve built and scaled production systems in a product-led start-up/scale-up

✔️ You have experience working across the full stack (Vue.js is a bonus)

✔️ You’re direct, ownership-led, and bring good energy to a fast-moving team

✔️ You speak Dutch and English confidently
