For one of our major aviation clients, we are looking for a senior-level Product Designer to join the HR and Recruitment digital team. You will be an integral part of a product team focused on recruitment portals, internal HR platforms, and Learning & Development tools. Your mission is to uncover user needs, improve existing platforms, and evolve the visual identity and UX flow for the recruitment website.
What you’ll do
- Translate digital strategy into tangible designs that facilitate high-level conversations with stakeholders and users
- Improve the recruitment website by identifying user needs and optimizing UX flows within a large corporate framework.
- Act as a T-shaped professional, balancing stakeholder wishes with deep skills in UX/UI design and essential research.
- Facilitate co-creation by leading design sessions with stakeholders and creating prototypes to test assumptions.
- Apply the design system to ensure visual consistency across the recruitment and HR portal.
- Drive consensus by effectively communicating and defending design considerations to Product Owners and engineers.
- Evaluate and optimize products by analyzing user feedback and collaborating with analysts to interpret data against KPIs.
What we’re looking for
- Senior-level expertise: A professional who can hit the ground running in a complex corporate environment.
- 2–4 years of experience: Experience with digital product management and a "digital native" mindset.
- T-Shaped Profile: Deep craftsmanship in at least one design skill (e.g., Interaction or Visual design) with proficiency in others like research.
- Large Corporate Experience: Proven track record of designing for high-traffic, multi-stakeholder platforms.
- Strong Communication: Excellent presentation skills and the ability to build alignment across distributed teams.
- Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working 3 days a week in-office at Amstelveen.
- Fluent English + EU residency (no sponsorship).
Tooling: Design Systems, Prototyping, Double Diamond methodologies, User Research (Quant/Qual).
Assignment Details
- Duration: 3 months initially, with an expected cover of 5–6 months minimum.
- Split Focus: 50/50 time split between Recruitment/L&D and the internal HR portal.
- Location: Amstelveen (Hybrid). 3 days work from office.
