IT Security Specialist

Location: Arnhem (Hybrid working)

Contract until Sept 30th 2026, likelihood of extension

Key Responsibilities

  • Support offshore grid and infrastructure projects with expert OT/IACS cyber security guidance
  • Ensure that all technical systems comply with defined security standards and procedures
  • Review engineering documentation and validate designs from a security perspective
  • Advise internal and external stakeholders on implementing compliant security solutions
  • Align with security experts across departments and apply lessons learned from other major projects
  • Safeguard both cyber and physical assets within complex industrial environments

Requirements

  • A relevant degree in cyber security or equivalent (BSc. degree or higher)
  • At least 5 years+ of relevant work experience regarding security in mid to large sized projects OT / IACS environments.
  • You have knowledge about and experience with security risk management, security architecture and engineering for OT / IACS Environments, industrial networking, IAM (e.g. Active Directory and Cisco ISE), security testing, assessment and reporting (e.g. Penetration Testing), and (physical) asset security.
  • Knowledge of IEC 62443 is a must
