We are looking for someone with a strong interest in IT, primarily focused on programming to support and improve company operations. The role will also involve providing training and user support, so good communication skills are important.
A comfortable level of English is required, as most technical documentation is written in English and spoken communication may also be necessary.
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and technologies — mainly within the Microsoft technology stack — and to learn about the processes of a multinational company.
Confident and adaptable mindset, capable of making decisions efficiently and handling change to ensure everything we do supports our partners and the DO & CO family.

What will you be doing?
- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized applications tailored to business needs.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective bug fixes.
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements and align with technical standards.
- Document application designs, configurations, and development processes to support future maintenance and scalability.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, including training sessions and troubleshooting assistance.
Skills you must have:
- Diploma in Software Development or a related field.
- Minimum required English level: B1.
- 1–2 years of professional experience programming in C/AL.
- 1–2 years of development experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (C/SIDE Classic).
- Some experience with Microsoft SQL.
