To strengthen our Software Development team in Timisoara, we are looking for talented EMBEDDED SOFTWARE ENGINEER (m/f/d) – with focus on Basis SW.

To strengthen our Software Development team in Timisoara, we are looking for talented EMBEDDED SOFTWARE ENGINEER (m/f/d) – with focus on Basis SW.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop firmware, device drivers, embedded middleware, using C language, in accordance with our guidelines
- Coordinate version control and issue-tracking workflows within the software development process
- Drive software integration and commissioning activities in alignment with the development team
- Conduct static code analysis and perform field tests on agricultural machinery
- Create requirements and maintain software documentation
- Completed degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field
- Hands-on background in electronics or embedded software development; exposure to agricultural machinery is an advantage
- Proficient in the C programming language; familiarity with additional languages such as Rust or Python is desirable
- Knowledge of bus systems (e.g., CAN, ISOBus) and diagnostic protocols (UDS)
- Skilled in working with real-time operating systems and bootloaders
- Understanding of non-volatile memory handling (EEPROM, Flash)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to drive interdisciplinary development projects
